Manchester Craft Beer Festival returns to Depot Mayfield this July

Goldie, Norman Jay MBE and David Holmes will be on music duty, alongside a new fire pit food concept

Manchester Craft Beer Festival will return to Depot Mayfield this July, complete with big name musical guests, a new fire pit food concept and appearances from independent brewers like Manchester Union, Black Jack Track, Marble, Pomona Island and Beatnikz.

After a successful inaugural event last year, this celebration of craft beer will once again take place between Saturday July 22 and Sunday July 23, with Goldie, Norman Jay MBE and David Holmes headlining various boozy sessions across the weekend.

Tickets start at just £55, which gets you access to one of the weekend’s three five hour sessions on Friday or Saturday (6pm-11pm Fri, 11.30am-4.30pm Sat and 6pm-11pm Sat), access to the venue’s pop-up kitchens and a complimentary branded beer glass.

Perhaps most importantly though, the price of admission also gets you access to all of the beers available to sample during your visit.

Other featured breweries due to make an appearance include Scotland’s Moonwake, sour specialists Vault City, the nature-focused Duration and East Sussex’s own Beak, with Brixton, Brew York, Vocation and Brew North co. also due to appear – alongside many others.

Meanwhile, a brand new fire pit food concept will welcome a range of yet-to-be-revealed guest chefs who will take over and serve up their own brand of BBQ dishes for you to enjoy alongside your brews.

Tickets for Manchester Craft Beer Festival 2022 are on sale now – head to the event’s website to bag yours.
