So far James Blake has owned 2011. Having received praise from all corners of the music press and also music legend, Paul Simon, for his atmospheric self-titled debut, he’s just revealed details of his first full UK tour in June. This announcement follows the double A release of a newly edited Lindisfarne. This new single combines Lindisfarne parts Iand II and opening track Unluck, all of which are taken from his eponymous first record.
Blake has a busy year ahead of him. On top of his tour commitments, (during which he’ll be visiting Sankeys in Manchester and Liverpool’s Stanley Theatre) he’ll be appearing at a host of this Summer’s festivals. Be sure to catch this dubstep wildfire at Field Day, Green Man, Bestival and a special Saturday night appearance at Glastonbury’s Park Stage. UK tour dates can be found below.
