Having released an acoustic EP earlier this year and with a new yet-to-be-titled album in the can awaiting release, Mayday Parade were welcomed to this year’s Slam Dunk festival with a lot of hype and a lot of questions. Re-teaming with A Lesson In Romantics‘ producers Zack Odom and Kenneth Mount for their third full length release it’s no wonder fans are chomping at the bit to hear new material. This Tallahassee five piece have a busy few months ahead of them, however having been crowned 2010’s ‘hardest working band’, we’re sure that’s something they can more that cope with. Northern Noise writer Steven Kenney sat them down at Slam Dunk Leeds to discuss the new record, get to the bottom of any controversy surrounding the Go Radio tour with ex-lyricist Jason Lancaster and find out how many movies they have on their Xbox Hard drive…
