Tickets go on sale today for Band of Horses’ upcoming UK tour. The American rock five-piece will kick off their brief overseas trip at Birmingham’s HMV Institute on November 15th before playing three additional shows throughout the country including a stop at Manchester Academy on the 19th. The band, known for their laid back, Southern rock sound will be in the UK to promote their latest record Mirage Rock which is due for release on September 17th.
The follow up to 2010’s Infinite Arms, this collection of new material saw the quintet work alongside legendary producer Glyn Johns. Before crossing paths with Band of Horses, Johns’ previous clients included the likes of The Who, The Clash and Bob Dylan. The band will also perform in London and Glasgow whilst in the UK.
