Leeds rockers Dinosaur Pile Up are busy guys. Having recently dropped their debut album Growing Pains in late 2010, they’re currently prepping the release of its new single My Rock ‘n Roll. Set for a March 14th release date, the single will mark the conclusion of string of live dates as part of the Rock Sound Exposure Tour kicking off on February 17th.
2011 looks set to be Dinosaur Pile Up’s year, with their first record already receiving ample praise. NME calls it “one hell of an exciting listen,” Kerrang! says it’s “one of the most explosive, exhilarating and emotionally charged debuts from a British rock band in recent memory,” so if you haven’t already checked out their stuff, what are you waiting for?
Check out the band’s angsty track Mona Lisa as well as a list of their up coming Northern tour dates after the jump!
