Last week Northern Noise caught Tennessee rockers Mona play a ferocious set at Leeds Cockpit to a handful of energetic fans. Today, the band have announced that they will be supporting Kings of Leon on their outdoor UK tour dates this summer.
The hotly tipped Americana four-piece will join the stadium filling Kings of Leon at dates in Coventry, Sunderland, Manchester and London, marking their biggest shows to date. Not bad for a band who only made their UK debut in January…
We caught up with Mona for a chat before their Night and Day Café show earlier this year, both the interview and a live review of last weeks Leeds show will be online shortly. In the meantime, you can find the full details of Mona’s summer tour dates below.
