Folk-rock duo Two Gallants have announced a slew of UK and Ireland dates scheduled for this October, including stops at Manchester Academy 3 and The Cockpit in Leeds. The recently reformed band are heading out on tour in support of their new album The Bloom and the Blight which is due for release on October 8th. Recorded at Berkley’s Fantasy Studios and Tiny Telephone Studios in their home town of San Francisco, this will be Adam Stephens and Tyson Vogel’s first collection of new material in over five years.
“We went on different paths these past years,” says Vogel, “but I think we share a common feeling, a commitment to try and transcend what we’ve gone through…and build something stronger out of it.” Life long friends as well as band mates, Northern Noise sat down with Adam and Tyson the last time they were in Manchester to find out how they each spent their brief hiatus.
